Tot’s Pronounciation – lack of blended consonants & attempts to incriminate her parents

Tot has a pretty darn good vocabulary for someone not even two.  She has a remarkable command of first and second person pronouns.  But after struggling to understand some of her requests one day, we finally realized that while she can pronounce all of the letters of the alphabet (albeit not always properly), she can’t seem to pronounce some of them together.  Snow becomes No – which makes a conversation of yes or no questions about snow very confusing.  A snack becomes a Nack.  And fork, becomes, well, that 4 letter word that is incredibly embarrassing to hear your toddler say around anyone else.  And if that wasn’t bad enough, “truck” also mutated to that same incriminating word.  Aghhh!!!
